คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา โดยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 กลุ่มเรียนที่ 004 ได้จัดโครงการสัมมนาวิชาการทางกฎหมาย เรื่อง “การยุบพรรคการเมืองตามกฎหมายไทย” ณ ห้องประชุมช่อแก้ว อันเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการประเมินผลรายวิชา LAW 3807 สัมมนาวิชาการทางด้านกฎหมาย และ มีวัตถุประสงค์ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหลักนิติรัฐ และ หลักนิติธรรม รวมถึงการใช้อำนาจตามกฎหมายในการยุบพรรคการเมือง อันเป็นการสนับสนุนนักศึกษาผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาฝึกการแสดงออกซึ่งความคิดเห็นในประเด็นซึ่งเป็นที่ถกเถียงในสังคม ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย SDGs 16: ส่งเสริมสังคมที่สงบสุขและครอบคลุม เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ให้ทุกคนเข้าถึงความยุติธรรม และสร้างสถาบันที่มีประสิทธิผล รับผิดชอบ และครอบคลุมในทุกระดับ

Topic “ Dissolution of political parties according to Thai law ”

The Junior Law Student group 004 from the SSRU Faculty of Law organized a legal seminar titled “Dissolution of political parties according to Thai law” at the ChaueKeaw meeting room. This seminar acts as the concluding assessment for LAW 3807 Legal Seminar, focusing on the concept of legal states, the rule of law, and the authority to dissolve political parties under Thai law, encouraging students to articulate their views on this contentious subject. This activity aligns with SDG Goal 16, which advocates for peaceful and inclusive societies, ensures access to justice for all, and fosters effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels.
