วันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ นำโดย ผศ.ดร.เอกพงศ์ อินเกื้อ คณบดี พร้อมด้วย ผศ.ดร.ชนกนาถ มะยูโซ๊ะ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ และ ผศ.นภดล สังวาลเพ็ชร รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหาร และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการออกแบบแฟชั่นและสินค้าไลฟ์สไตล์ คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ลงพื้นที่ร่วมกับอำเภอพระพุทธบาท นำโดย นายเรืองลักษณ์ เรืองยังมี นายอำเภอพระพุทธบาท จังหวัดสระบุรี พร้อมด้วยกำนันและผู้ใหญ่บ้าน จัดกิจกรรม “อบรมการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์จากสิ่งเหลือใช้ (Less Waste)” ได้แก่ ดอกดาวเรืองคัดทิ้ง มาแปรรูปเป็นกระดาษ และเศษธูปเหลือทิ้งมาแปรรูปเป็นของที่ระลึก
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำของเหลือใช้ในทุกระดับกลับมาสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่อย่างสร้างสรรค์ภายใต้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการนำองค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยและงานสร้างสรรค์ของนักศึกษา ถ่ายทอดลงสู่ชุมชน เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานเชิงพื้นที่ และเป็นการสร้างจิตสำนึกที่ดี ในการเป็นนักออกแบบ โดยคำนึงถึงชุมชน และสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นสำคัญ
