size, laying flat without hanger: 19" long * 15" wide

condition: New to like new without damage, holes, stains or wear. The bag is wrinkled from storage. We believe the bag is cotton.

USA Gifting timeline: We are located in Portland OR and USPS normally arrives in 3 to 5 days, while FedEx ground is normally 5 to 7 days to the East Coast. Greyhound Station to Station for large items 10 to 25 days. We try to ship out within 2 business days.

International: It is listed as 6 to 10 days, but we have found it to be normally longer 15 or so days. Also, we will refund shipping overages. Please note: we are unable to ship international as a gift.
