A handsome vintage Van Briggle Pottery 'Arts & Crafts' Bowl, made by Fred Wills, who worked at Van Briggle from 1947-1992.
This piece likely dates from about 1952-1965. The word 'original' incised to bases indicates it was hand thrown on a potter's wheel rather than mold cast.

Van Briggle was founded in 1901 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
It has the artist Fred Wills 'FW' cipher incised to base.

In excellent vintage condition, no issues. newest Measures: 4"DIA x 2.25"H (10.16 x 5.71cm).
