Stitched on gray fabric with gold threads throughout the fabric (see close up of fabric) , double matted with black and gold mat. Stretched on a foam core and laced to the foam core. The frame is wood that newest is 13"by 16". The opening is 9" by 12". There is no glass to make shipping less hazardous.
