Turtle Painting, Acrylic paint on Clayboard Panel 9x12 inches, 3/4 inch newest deep

Painting of a turtle that I met on a trip to Barbadoes. I used vibrant pigment powders newest activated with water for the background and acrylic paint for the turtle. I painted this on a 3/4' cradled Claybord Panel. No need to frame as the wood panel is very beautiful. The surface was very smooth and great to work on. The Turtle would be great for a child's room or bathroom. This is an original piece.
