Bottom: 32-36" - comfortably around

Length: 25" - (includes 2 5/8" bottom cuff) - top of shoulder to bottom

CONDITION:

This is in good condition. There is a very light orange discolration on the back left shoulder (as pictured). There are no other stains, holes, rips, tears, fading, discoloration, odors, pills or other issues.
