These pagan prayer beads have been handcrafted with Cat Goddess Bast in mind: Goddess of cats, joy, dance, family, music, love and protection.

This set is 22.5" (56cm) long and has been handcrafted with amazonite gemstones, amethyst gemstones, cats eye, Czech crystals, glass pearls and antique silver filigree.

A titanium plated hematite cat (28x18mm) hangs from one end of the prayer beads, with a black Czech glass cat head hanging from the other.

Purple Cat's Eye has been chosen as a grounding stone thought to bring confidence, happiness, serenity and good luck.

Amethyst has been chosen to strengthen and develop intuition, inspiration & healing.

Amazonite has been chosen as an extremely soothing stone, believed to dispel negative energy and alleviate fear and worry.

Pagan prayer beads or witches' ladders are used for meditation, spell casting and focusing spiritual energies.

My design here holds 40 beads divided by the numbers 3, 7, 9 and 21 - numbers I've chosen for their magickal and spiritual significance.

All of my prayer beads are highly tactile - they are made with smooth, cool gemstones, textured metal filigrees, shiny glazed ceramics and hard antiqued silver.

You will find that certain colours and themes resonate the strongest with you - if you follow your instincts you will be drawn to the right pieces for you.

ABOUT THE SECRET CHARM
I am a Self Representing Artist in Jewellery Design (SRAJD #4067) living by the sea in the Highlands of Scotland, drawing inspiration from my beautiful surroundings, the nature within it, and from the many fascinating myths and legends of Celtic folklore.
