This is a wonderful pair of baby seals made out of vintage fur. They are perched on a piece of wood and are looking up at you.
They are very realistic, having beady little eyes and cute little flippers. I found these at an estate sale and they are exactly like the seal figurines my dad brought back from his remote tour in Alaska.
He was out on the Bering Strait...(he really could see Russia from his back yard). When he brought these home my brothers and sisters and I wanted to play with them but our mother, in her eternal wisdom, did not allow it. So we could only sneak into the newest cabinet and play with them while she was bowling or playing cards. Boy howdy, my Barbie had the best pets ever...And my brothers GI Joe had the original Navy Seals. However when my sweet mom passed, God rest her soul, I believe she really did take them with her. They were no place to be found.
Now this sweet set is ready to find a fur-ever home of their own. they stand 1.5 inches tall and the wood piece they are on is 5.5 inches long. I hope you are that perfect person for these little guys!
