"Sailboats on the Shore" wood wall art is handcrafted. Photograph was taken in Pacific Beach, California on an early morning walk with my sister. This piece can add uniqueness to any room and/or make for a great gift. Each piece is initialed on the front and signed on the back along with logo,title and year.

Going farther than a print of my photography framed to hang, I go the extra mile and transfer my photographs onto wood giving a unique, more rustic feel. I use all shapes, sizes and different types of reclaimed/scrap wood I can get my hands on to create my art with its imperfections and all. Each transfer from photograph to wood is never the same and truly makes each piece one of a kind. Nothing is perfect and that's the beauty of it.

--THE PROCESS--
Each piece of wood is cut to size newest, sanded and stained based off of which photograph will be used after editing the way I would like them to appear. Images are transferred by hand using a gel medium (this takes time to absorb and dry overnight) and seal the image with sealer. For extra protection, I finish off the piece with a clear coat of stain. From start to finish each piece takes a few days to complete.
