I can't stop looking up at trees! I especially find the tree trunks reaching up, or reaching out as metaphorical reflections of their protective role in nature. To me, they are simply beautiful in all stages of life.

My love for photography began with my Nikon D40 and hikes in my favorite California National Parks where my subjects were most often trees in different stages of life. Many of these trees would go unnoticed by most, some are no longer there! As with trees, I find rocks, water, and mountains in unique settings and want to share my point of “view” with you.
