คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ จัดโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนและส่งเสริมการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพสู่ตลาด

รศ.ดร.นิพนธ์ ศศิธรเสาวภา คณคดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรและนักศึกษา ลงพื้นที่ บ้านคลองบางแค ตำบลบางนางลี่ อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม จัดโครงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนและส่งเสริมการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพสู่ตลาด เมื่อวันที่ 25 -27 พฤษภาคม 2565 โดยจัดอบรมการแปรรูปเห็ดนางฟ้าภูฐาน ให้แก่ชาวบ้านในชุมชุม เพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างอาชีพ และการแปรรูปผลผลิตจากชุมชนสู่การจำหน่ายในรูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความหลากหลายมากยิ่งขึ้น ส่งผลให้ชาวบ้านในชุมชนมี่รายได้ต่อครัวเรือนที่สูงขึ้น สอดคล้องต่อยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น งบประมาณแผ่นดินประจำปี พ.ศ. 2565

Assoc. Prof. Dr.Nipon Sasithornsaowapa, the Dean Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, including the students doing the fieldwork at BanKlongkae, Bangnanglee Sub-district, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province. The project was held on May 25th-27th, 2022. This project consisted of the training for processed Bhutan Grey oyster mushrooms to people in the community. To increase the income for the community and conform to the university’s policy for developing the local community for the fiscal year 2022.
